Tandem Paragliding Flight
A tandem flight is one of the easiest ways to experience paragliding for the first time.
Before take-off, your instructor provides a short safety briefing and explains what you need to do. You are then securely connected to the instructor and prepared for take-off.
Once in the air, simply enjoy the feeling of freedom and the spectacular landscape below.
The exact duration and route of each flight depend on the wind and weather conditions.
No Previous Experience Required
You do not need previous flying experience or specialist training to participate in a tandem flight.
The instructor explains the procedure before take-off and remains responsible for controlling the paraglider throughout the experience.
Who Can Participate?
Paragliding is suitable for many visitors, although participation depends on factors including age, weight, physical condition and the weather conditions on the day.
The instructor makes the final decision regarding participation before the flight.
Guests should provide advance information about any medical condition, recent injury, pregnancy or mobility issue that could affect their ability to participate safely.
What to Wear
Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather is recommended.
Closed sports shoes with good support are particularly important. Sunglasses with a secure strap may also be useful, while a light jacket is recommended when temperatures are cooler.
Weather & Safety
Paragliding is highly dependent on suitable wind and weather conditions.
For safety reasons, the instructor may change the flight time, delay the activity or cancel the flight if conditions are unsuitable.
Where possible, another time or date can be arranged, subject to availability.
